Services Provided
Central AZ Pest Control provides professional pest control services including scorpion control, rodent control, spider control, and general pest control for residential properties in Casa Grande and Central Arizona.
Service Appointments
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during the scheduled appointment window. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Service Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you experience pest problems between scheduled treatments, contact us and we will return to re-treat your property at no additional charge.
Property Access
You agree to provide access to all areas requiring treatment. If access is restricted, we cannot guarantee treatment effectiveness in those areas.
Limitation of Liability
Central AZ Pest Control will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
